ทีมผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม นำโดย รศ.ดร. ประยุกต์ ศรีวิไล รักษาการอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ผศ.ดร. อัญญารัตน์ นาถธีระพงษ์ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักศึกษาทั่วไปฝ่ายพัฒนาความเป็นสากลและภาพลักษณ์องค์กร และ ผศ.ดร. อรรถพล หมู่มี รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักศึกษาทั่วไปฝ่ายพัฒนานิสิตและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามและ National Pingtung University ประเทศไต้หวัน ณ National Pingtung University โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยเจ้าภาพ ได้แก่ Prof. Dr. Robert Y. S. Chen อธิการบดี Prof. Dr. Kelvin H.-C. Chen คณบดี College of Education Prof. Dr. Yu-Chih Huang คณบดี Mt. Dawu College Prof. Dr. Chia-Ho Ou คณบดี College of Computer Science Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hsu-Chung Chu รองคณบดี Mt. Dawu College Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wen-Chih Chang รองคณบดี College of Computer Science ร่วมต้อนรับและพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัย
โดยทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยมีแนวทางสนับสนุนกิจกรรมความร่วมมือในส่วนของงานวิจัย การให้ทุนการศึกษากับนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามที่สนใจศึกษาและทำงานในไต้หวัน การดำเนินการในส่วนของ staff and student mobility และความร่วมมือในด้านอื่น ๆ ทั้งนี้คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามได้เยี่ยมชมห้องแล็ปสำคัญ ๆ ของ Department Of Applied Chemistry Laboratories ตลอดจน VAR Center ของ College of Computer Science
มหาวิทยาลัยทั้งสองหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าเราจะมีความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งซึ่งจะนำประโยชน์มาให้แก่ทั้งสอง

Mahasarakham University (MSU) and National Pingtung University (NPTU) have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during an MOU signing ceremony held at National Pingtung University on January 23, 2024.
The Presidents of both universities, Associate Professor Dr. Prayook Srivilai (MSU President) and Professor Dr. Robert Y. S. Chen (NPTU President), were joined by a group of administrators, including Assistant Professor Dr. Anyarat Nattheeraphong, Assistant Professor Dr. Atthaphon Muni, Prof. Dr. Kelvin H.-C. Chen, Prof. Dr. Yu-Chih Huang, Prof. Dr. Chia-Ho Ou, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hsu-Chung Chu, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wen-Chih Chang. Their presence truly made this ceremony a grand success!
During this fruitful event, both parties engaged in valuable discussions about future collaborations and fostered plans for student and staff mobility programs. The representatives were eager to explore countless opportunities in the fields of education, research, and cultural exchange.
Furthermore, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the NPTU team for their warm hospitality! They graciously guided the MSU delegation through the renowned Department Of Applied Chemistry Laboratories and the VAR Center of the College of Computer Science. Observing these exceptional facilities firsthand left us inspired and motivated to take our collaboration to greater heights.
This MOU signing marks the beginning of a promising partnership between MSU and NPTU. Our universities share a common vision for academic excellence and strive to create opportunities that will enhance the educational experiences of our students and faculty.
We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to a fruitful and mutually beneficial collaboration with National Pingtung University!
