From March 6-10, 2023, the Office of General Education, in collaboration with the Industrial Cooperation Center at Mahasarakham University, organized a project that promoted innovation in entrepreneurship during Phase 3. Professor Dr. Anyarat Nattheeraphong, the Deputy Director of the Office of General Education Department of Internationalization and Corporate Image Promotion, and Assistant Professor Dr. Atthaphon mumi, the Deputy Director of the Office of General Education Student Development and Sustainable Development Department, led a group of selected students from Mahasarakham University on a series of field trips and learning experiences.
During this phase, students had the opportunity to visit the Science Park at Chiang Mai University, where they delved into entrepreneurship through the Basecamp 24 project. They also explored the realm of social entrepreneurship at Yo-Rice Amazake Cafe, where they gained invaluable insights and inspiration from Po. Paradol Pornamnuay and his team. Additionally, students embarked on a study visit focused on creative entrepreneurship at Mahoree City of Music and North Gate Jazz Co-Op. This visit aimed to facilitate knowledge exchange and learning experiences with Chiang Mai’s prominent organizations in organizational management and innovation. The goal was to enhance the capabilities of participating students, equipping them with the ability to adapt timely strategies, gain a competitive advantage, and apply best practices from the organizations they visited to foster innovation management in the future.
As part of the project, a Business Idea Pitching competition titled “Social Impact Ideas and Innovation” was organized. This competition provided an opportunity for students to propose new business ideas and receive recognition for their innovative concepts. Esteemed judges for the pitching competition included Ms. Paradol Pornamnuay, the Director and Owner of Yo-Rice Amazake Cafe, Mr. Nat Sakulmutita, the Manager of Wintrade (1991) Company Limited, Mr. Ratchayut Laothong, the Project Manager of Kerd Suk Trading Company Property Co., Ltd., and the Managing Director and General Manager of Gradient Group Co., Ltd. and Merchant Villa Hotel, respectively. The judging panel consisted of experienced professionals in the field, who evaluated the students’ ideas and provided valuable feedback.
This project provided a platform for students to expand their entrepreneurial skills, gain practical insights, and connect with industry leaders. Through the field trips, learning experiences, and the business idea pitching competition, the project aimed to cultivate innovation and empower students to contribute to the entrepreneurial landscape with impactful ideas and solutions.
โครงการส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ระยะที่ 3
เมื่อวันที่ 6-10 มีนาคม 2566 สำนักศึกษาทั่วไป ร่วมกับ ศูนย์ความร่วมมือกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ได้จัดโครงการส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ระยะที่ 3 ขึ้น โดยในระยะที่ 3 นี้ สำนักศึกษาทั่วไปนำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.อัญญารัตน์ นาถธีระพงษ์รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักศึกษาทั่วไป ฝ่ายส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติและภาพลักษณ์องค์กร และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อรรถพล หมู่มี รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักศึกษาทั่วไป ฝ่ายพัฒนานิสิตและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้นำนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ ณ Science Park มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งนิสิตได้เรียนรู้เรื่องผู้ประกอบการผ่านโครงการ Basecamp 24 และเรียนรู้เรื่องผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสังคม ที่ Yo-Rice Amazake Cafe ซึ่งนิสิตได้เรียนรู้และได้รับแรงบันดาลใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสังคมจากคุณปอ ภราดล พรอำนวย และทีมงาน และนอกจากนี้นิสิตได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานผู้ประกอบการเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ที่ Mahoree City Of Music และ North Gate Jazz Co-Op การเป็นผู้ประกอบการ องค์กรที่มีความเป็นเลิศด้านการบริหารจัดการและนวัตกรรม (Study Visit Business Excellence through Innovation) เพื่อเป็นการศึกษาเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับองค์กรชั้นนำของเชียงใหม่ในด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรและการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นการ พัฒนาขีดความสามารถของนิสิตผู้ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการให้สามารถรู้เท่าทันและปรับตัวได้ทันท่วงที สร้างความได้เปรียบเหนือคู่แข่ง และสามารถนำวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีขององค์กรที่ได้ศึกษาดูงานมาปรับใช้ในการวางแผนและพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการผลงานนวัตกรรมต่อไป นอกจากนี้เราได้จัดกิจจกรรมการแข่งขัน Business Idea Pitching: ในหัวข้อ Soical Impact Ideas and Innovation เพื่อให้นิสิตที่เข้าร่วมโครางการได้เสนอแนวคิดและไอเดียร์ทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณภราดล พรอำนวย เจ้าของกิจการ Yo-Rice Amazake Cafe, Mahoree City Of Musicและ North Gate Jazz Co-Op คุณณัฐ สกุลมุทิตา ผู้จัดการ Wintrade (1991) company limited คุณรัชยุตม์ เหลาทอง Project Manajer บริษัทเกิดสุขการค้า พร๊อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด Managing Director บริษัทเกรเดียนท์กร๊ป จำกัด General Manager โรงแรม Merchant Villa เจ้าของกิจการ Coffee or me และ ALL BLACK COFFEE เป็นกรรมการในการตัดสินการแข่งขัน Business Idea Pitching
