On March 4-5, 2023, the Office of General Education, in collaboration with the Industrial Cooperation Center at Mahasarakham University, organized a project to promote innovation in entrepreneurship. The project, known as Phase 1 of the entrepreneurship promotion initiative, was held at the Smart Classroom on the 4th floor of the Ratchanakarin Building at Mahasarakham University.
Phase 1 of the project consisted of three activities. The first activity, titled “Entrepreneurship Boot Camp,” featured a workshop conducted by Dr. Ongart Chanprasitchai from the Faculty of Accounting and Management at Mahasarakham University. During the workshop, participating students had the opportunity to learn about the importance of public speaking and communication skills, specifically focusing on the topic of “Pitching.” This workshop aimed to equip participants with essential soft skills necessary for effective communication, whether within an organization or at an individual level. Public speaking skills are crucial for delivering presentations to customers, reporting to executives, and presenting ideas.
The second activity, “Video-Making Workshop,” was facilitated by Phattharaphon Senkraikun, a lecturer from the Faculty of Information Sciences at Mahasarakham University. This workshop provided project participants with the skills and tools to create their own movies or video clips quickly. The course emphasized a creative learning experience and covered various aspects of film production, including basic lighting, editing, and production management.
The third activity, “Professional Presentation Skills,” was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Atthaphon Mumi from the Faculty of Accounting and Management and Ajarn Dr. Anyarat Natteeraphong from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mahasarakham University. This workshop aimed to provide participants with an opportunity to apply the skills they had acquired during the project and practice creating works that would be presented. The ultimate goal was to prepare participants for business performance competitions and enhance their professional presentation skills.
The project successfully provided students with valuable knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship and innovation. It fostered a dynamic learning environment where participants could develop their creative abilities and gain expertise in various aspects of business and film production.
โครงการส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ระยะที่ 1
เมื่อวันที่ 4-5 มีนาคม 2566 สำนักศึกษาทั่วไป ร่วมกับ ศูนย์ความร่วมมือกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ได้จัดโครงการส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ระยะที่ 1 ขึ้น ณ ณ ห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะ (Smart Classroom) ชั้น 4 อาคารราชนครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม
ซึ่งกิจกรรมในระยะที่ 1 โดยได้แบ่งกิจกรรมออกเป็ย 3 กิจกรรม ดังนี้ กิจกรรมที่ 1 : กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Entrepreneurship Boot Camp) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์.ดร.องอาจ ชาญประสิทธิ์ชัย อาจารย์ประจำคณะการบัญชีและการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย ซึ่งนิสิตที่เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้เรียนรู้ ในหัวข้อ “Pitching Workshop” ซึ่งเป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้เรียนรู้การพูดในที่สาธารณะ ถือเป็น Soft Skill ในการสื่อสารอย่างหนึ่งที่มีความสำคัญอย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในระดับผู้นำองค์กรหรือบุคลากร ก็ต้องมีทักษะนี้ติดตัว ทั้งนี้อาจไม่ได้เป็นการพูดต่อหน้าสาธารณชนอย่างเดียว แต่รวมถึงการนำเสนองาน ให้กับลูกค้า การรายงานต่อหน้าผู้บริหาร หรือแม้แต่การนำเสนอไอเดียต่อหน้า
กิจกรรมที่ 2 “Video-Making Workshop” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ภัทรภร เสนไกรกุล อาจารย์ประจำคณะวิทยาการสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม เป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถจัดทำภาพยนตร์หรือคลิป VDO ของตนเองได้อย่างรวดเร็ว หลักสูตรนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์ หลังจากที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจบการศึกษาสามารถใช้เครื่องมือและมีความรู้ในด้านอื่น ๆ ของการผลิตภาพยนตร์ เช่น การจัดแสงขั้นพื้นฐาน การตัดต่อ และการจัดการการผลิต
และกิจกรรมที่ 3 “Professional Presentation Skills” โดย ผศ.ดร.อรรถพล หมู่มี อาจารย์ประจำคณะการบัญชีและการจัดการ และ อาจารย์ ดร. อัญญารัตน์ นาถธีระพงษ์ อาจารย์ประจำคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ซึ่งเป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถนำทักษะต่าง ๆ ที่ได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติมาสร้างผลงานที่จะนำเสนอ เพื่อก้าวสู่การประกวดแข่งขันผลงานทางธุรกิจ
